"Fantastic Maternity Services"

I gave birth to both my children at PAH and cannot fault the service I received on both occasions. My first son was born less than a fortnight into the first lockdown and staff were incredibly kind, sympathetic and understanding despite being under enormous stress and pressure themselves. I had several complications with my second and my husband was unable to be with me during the birth, and again I cannot thank the staff enough for making me feel so at ease in spite of everything. I know how short staffed maternity services are and everyone working there deserves a huge amount of credit for the work they do under such difficult conditions - it is genuinely life changing.
