Trying to get an e consult but can’t even do that. I thought that was an easy and efficient way to deal with things but obviously not. Now I feel left in the cold and don’t know a way to help my grandson

Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience with us has not met the high standard of service we always aim to provide.

We truly appreciate all patient feedback and as such in the last year

we have taken on board additional clinical support and are providing daily e-consult clinics for patients who are not able to reach us via telephone in addition to employing more reception staff in hopes that this will make contacting the practice via telephone a stress-free experience.

Currently we are able to signpost patients to multiple other services which have been put in place to simply support all the GP practices in the area with the ever-increasing demand. Some of these services include but are not limited to , Pharmacy consultation, our extended 7Day GP service who provide multiple face to face and telephone DR/ANP/PN/HCA appointments and can be booked in advance , same day Winter Hub GP response face to face based at the hospital etc.

We would love to make sure all our patients are seen within a timely manner so please do not hesitate to ask if we can signpost you to one of the above services in the future.
