"Excellent care in ambulatory clinic"

About: Rapid Access Assessment Clinic (RAAC)

(as a service user),

I attended the ARI ambulatory clinic in A&E with a sore leg after an operation- my GP wanted to check for a blood clot. The care I received was just excellent and the team kept me fully updated, thankfully after a blood test and scan I didn’t have a blood clot. I felt very reassured by their professionalism and advice. Thank you to Tanya particularly for being so kind.

Dear RuMel,

Many thanks for taking the time to write in about your experience in the ambulatory clinic. I will ensure this is passed on to the team, in particular Tanya, and know how much this will mean to them.

I hope you are feeling better

Take care

Julie
