"Efficiently and kindly treated at fracture clinic"

(as a service user),

I have a broken foot. Kevin and the team at the fracture clinic saw me a few days ago. My appointment was changed without any fuss to allow me less hassle for being able to attend (so inconvenient not being able to drive!) 

I was seen efficiently and professionally by Kevin, and an orthopaedic doctor, and then a wonderfully kind health care support worker who made me feel like nothing was a bother to her.  

You all went above and beyond. Thank you.
