"Impossible to navigate & truly awful…"

About: Barcroft Medical Centre

Impossible to book an appointment, I do not have an urgent requirement to see a doctor but was told I could have a 10 minute phone call at a random time in 4 weeks' time. I waited for 28 minutes on the phone to receive that information as the online booking system has no appointments listed - apparently appointments are released in the middle of the night so patients are encouraged to log on in the early hours. As I cannot sleep at the moment I might give it a try!

Thank you for leaving your feedback and we are sorry to read of the difficulties you are having with booking an appointment. You can now book appointments, request medication and view your health record via our online services, or within the NHS App (please go to your App Store to download the App). You may find this helpful where our telephones are so busy. We currently have clinicians away with sickness or on holiday but we are working hard to help our patients. We appreciate your understanding at this time.
