It was nearly impossible to get through on the phone. There's so many different desks and staff but they all work for different Doctors, so it gets very confusing. Had to wait ages on appointments if I was able to book one at all. Poor communication with patients. Have to wait ages at the desk to collect a prescription or make an enquiry. Staff can be dismissive and it feels like they are preventing me from seeking medical help.
