"TMJ pain - Queens University Belfast"

About: Royal Victoria Hospital / School of Dentistry

(as the patient),

I was referred to Dr Marley at the School of Dentistry QUB for recurrent pain in my jaw/TMJs/where I had a wisdom tooth removed at another practice. Dr Marley and all of the staff were very kind and respectful, listened attentively and asked relevant questions, and had thoroughly read my medical file and checked previous X-rays etc. I was truly impressed by the level of care they provided to me. They helped me also get my Anxiety Disorder diagnosed with my GP by contacting them directly to express their concerns for me. The staff were amazing, so knowledgeable and helpful. I couldn't praise them enough.

Thank you for taking the time to post a comment on Care Opinion. Firstly, I would like to apologise on behalf of the Service for the delay in acknowledging and responding to your experience.

I am so glad to hear that you had a good experience and were especially pleased with the high level of care you received from the Oral Surgery Team at the School of Dentistry, and I will be sure to pass on your comments to Dr Marley in person. I am also pleased that the Team were able to help with contacting your General Practitioner on your behalf.

Thank you again for all your positive comments and feedback.

Kind regards
