I was referred to Shane in the Physiotherapy department for a high ankle sprain injury. He was friendly, helpful, and informative. I really benefited from my appointments with him and I am very grateful for the progress I have made under his guidance.

My name is Joanne Shannon and I am the Physiotherapy Musculoskeletal (MSK) Service Lead for the South Eastern Trust. Firstly, I would like to apologise for the delay in responding to your story due to summer leave.
I appreciate you getting in touch and telling us about your positive experience within one of our physiotherapy departments and how you felt in relation to the treatment you recieved for your ankle injury.
