Cannot get appointment in under 2 weeks, but miraculously on complaining one appears. If you call before 8 am similarly. I ask why can't the surgery embrace the internet. That's not the real problem though, it's that no one seems to care. And they wonder why people end up going to A&E instead.
They say it's the fault of COVID. How exactly does seeing less people block appointments? I hear similar elsewhere so changing surgeries is not a solution.
