"Superb support from a caring professional"

I have Crohn's disease, and have been suffering in the throes of a particularly nasty flare-up for the past year or so. I've recently been able to get back to work, but I'm still having significant issues, so I requested that my employer refer me to Occupational Health.

This morning, I had a lengthy conversation with Jennifer to determine what can be done to minimise the impact of my condition. I have to say that Jennifer was absolutely superb. She was knowledgeable, patient, empathetic, and person-centred - we even managed a joke or two, so positive was her manner. 

I was partly dreading this conversation - I hate being confronted with the harsher realities of my condition - but Jennifer, from the very start of the call, put me at ease and encouraged and enabled a positive, constructive conversation which has really left me feeling very positive. Thank you Jennifer!
