(as the patient),

I attended Stracathro Hospital for an umbilical hernia repair. The care I received was outstanding.  From the moment I got there every member of staff involved in my care were amazing.  They were friendly, informative & reassuring, I was made to feel at ease at all times. The hospital ward was immaculate and was a pleasant temperature, unlike some hospitals that are way too hot. 

I honestly couldn’t fault anything, but I would recommend a warm dressing gown as it could be cool for some people.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We are very proud of the service we deliver at Stracathro and am pleased that your experience was a wholly positive one. We do like the doors open here for fresh air! Good tip bringing a dressing gown. Wishing you a speedy recovery from all the staff here in Stracathro.
