Really poor service . Been ask for blood test to check kidney function for futher perscription . Went for appoitment in Bahrani Center and lost my time as surgery did not provide the note for nurse what got to be done . Just wasted 30min of my time . When rang them they advice me to come to surgery to collect note and go do blood test again . Should i take my blood bemyself as well . Shocking . Receptionists have to be change as they do not know how to get on with they job.

Dear Patient
I am sorry to hear that your blood test appointment was unable to go ahead. The Practice works as a PCN- Primary Care Network and we try to offer flexibility to patients of different timings at different locations to help with patients availability. I can see on this occasion that although we sent you a reminder to advise that you needed to have a repeat blood test so that we could continue to monitor your levels , the blood form was not available to be printed off. This was an oversight on our part and we would like to express our sincere apologies for this error. Your blood form is now on the system and we would encourage you to make contact so that we can make you a further appointment . If you have further queries, please contact me directly - Mrs Diane Parrott Lead Practice Manager , thankyou
