"Patience and understanding at routine smear"

I attended Kintore Medical Practice for my routine smear this morning. Like most women, I wasn't overly enthusiastic about the experience but was instantly put at ease by Katrina, the practice nurse. Her relaxed but professional manner was much appreciated. The whole process was over in a matter of minutes! 

Katrina really was fantastic. I cannot thank her enough for her patience, understanding and professionalism.
