I went to The Park hospital last month for a total hip replacement. What a wonderful experience I had. From walking into reception until being helped into my car on leaving, every single member of staff, from every single department doing every role were warm, friendly, courteous, professional and an absolute pleasure to meet. Going to hospital can be an anxious time but I would go there again without hesitation. You should all be very proud of your wonderful hospital, it must be a pleasure to work there because you all exude happiness and care. I am recovering fantastically well and can’t believe how well I am progressing every single day. I’ve had a 4 week check up with physio and they’re delighted with my progress. Thank you, every single one of you, for everything ❤️
