The Ophthalmology telephone number displayed [0116 258 5928] keeps ringing but no one answers it!! Telephoning the Leicester NHS Hospitals' number 0300 303 1573 isn't any better because the they connect you to the same unanswered number every time, even though you tell them about it!! Ridiculous and diabolical service.
