(as the patient),

I would like to shout about the amazing care, kindness and support I received when I gave birth to my second child. Michelle at Wigan hospital was second to none and I will always be eternally grateful for her completely changing my opinion on childbirth, midwives and personal care.

Michelle made me extremely relaxed and I felt totally in control of my labour. I don't think words will explain my true feelings but I just needed to say thank you again.

Hayley who was a student midwife was also incredible and going to go on to help and support so many new mums.

I wish you all the luck in the future and hope everyone has the same experience me and my partner did.
