The booking system is designed to prevent patients to access the practice and to be seen by a doctor.
They do not reply to emails and it is really impossible to get access to a doctor for a consultation or even a prescription.
They are doing great at being inaccessible and convince people to find an alternative practice.
Timings for even a phone consultations are in weeks.
I Understand they are busy, but sometimes answering the phone, or an email, it is just courtesy.
Showing some empathy and care to patients that call and try to be seen by a doctor when they are unwell would be hugely appreciated.
