About: Dr Ap Blight's Practice

Can never get a call back from a Dr as always full/busy.

Since Covid the service is diabolical.

Also the surgery is desperate for a face lift as really shabby and most ceiling lights do not work.

Poor very poor.

Dear Patient

Thank you for your feedback. Our new telephone system allows callers to ‘save’ their place in the queue and we will call them back when it is their turn. This saves patients having to wait on their phone to get a response from the practice and has been well received by our patients.

Where the call-back function fails, is if a patient calls us again after the initial call as this ‘resets’ their position in the queue. During peak times, it may take us a while to call everyone back but rest assured you will be called back.

We have found that patients who request a call back on their mobile in an area with poor signal may not receive our call. Where possible we will leave a message on your phone to advise you we have attempted to call you.
