"Quick and efficient appointment"

I attended a pre-assessment appointment at Woodend Hospital last week. I had barely reported in at reception when I was taken for my height and weight. Once again, I had barely sat down and opened my book when I was called through for the main assessment.

The nurse practitioner was friendly and put me at my ease.

The letter said the assessment would take an hour and it was virtually to the minute.
