"Wonderful staff"

Yesterday I needed to see a doctor quite urgently in connection with my breathing.  I have asthma and bronchiectasis and get regular flare-ups.  As my doctors were short staffed I rand LVH.  I was given an appointment, arrived a little early and was seen immediately.  Bloods, covid test  ,BP and says were taken and x-ray. 

I was seen swiftly.  I was advised at each and every test what was happening and the results.  I just had a bad chest infection and was given the appropriate drugs. 

I just want to praise the doctors nurses and clerical staff in the Lagan Valley.  The appointment system works wonderfully.  Their staff are a credit to them.  They are courteous and that are professional.  I felt bad having to take up their time as I couldn't get to see my doctor.  However I felt moved to write this appraisal.   Please ensure that the powers to be know how wonderful the staff are there
