Once again couldn't get through on the telephone and call back full.Engage consult more off than on. College Road cannot cope now but has just taken over Albion Place - a surgery the CQC criticized. So another 11000 patients on their list is not going to help. Their focus will be on the acquisition and problems inherited. This will means focus will be drawn away their own issues. The CQC looked at College Road earlier this year - it was not a full inspection - and somehow still awarded a good rating despite their own evidence tables showing a poor and very poor comparison to national figures. Complaints are ignored by the CQC.
