(as a service user),

The N H S Nottingham Transgender  Clinic

     They have been very patient with me over my  missed appointments. 

      I have been looking after my father,and I have had to cancel my appointments

   I have been very depressed recently,because I am very worried,and scared that they will reject me 

   I won't be able to cope at all ,if I am rejected.

It will feel like the end of the world.

 I am so sorry for missing my appointments.

Please do not worry, we can re-arrange your appointment for you. If you would email NCTHGeneral@nottshc.nhs.uk with your full name, date of birth and address explaining that you need a new appointment then one can be arranged for you.

Everything will be alright and if there are any problems then ask for your email to be forwarded to the Service Manager and I will sort it out.

We hope that your father is okay.
