My daughter has been referred to the Infertility Clinic at Ninewells Hospital and has called on numerous occasions to seek an update - despite leaving messages, no calls have been returned. Her GP has indicated it is up to her to follow this up. Whilst I appreciate there may be long delays for referrals, the lack of communication is adding to anxiety levels at what is already a very stressful time. Disappointed at the lack of customer care - surely a return telephone call is not too much to expect?
