I have had a telephone conversation with a consultant who gave me the results of the investigative work that has been completed so far. They were very apologetic about the delay in providing information and has now arranged for further tests to take place within the next fortnight. So, I have no further complaint to make.
I appreciate that the staff at the hospital are doing a difficult job in difficult circumstances but I do consider that they have made life more difficult, both for me and for themselves, due to the fact that I could not contact anyone and therefore could not obtain my test results until several weeks after the tests had taken place and I only got them then because I made a fuss.
