"not fit for purpose "

We have long had problems with the surgery prior to Covid and the problems now are so bad that we feel it is not safe or healthy to continue going here.

As a former NHS worker I understand the pressures they are under but it is impossible to actually see a doctor even well in advance .What happened that it became impossible to see a doctor at your own surgery ? The reception staff are polite but of no help at all .Unfortunately I cannot recommend this practice as it is not fit for purpose.
