"Greatful "

I rang a few days ago in the evening as I had Covid needed help I’m getting a sicknote. As soon as I rang somebody answered straight away she was very helpful very courteous and explain the whole procedure. She sent me the link via text message my phone was not working I rang back Four times and four times the young lady answered straight away in the evening. I asked her to emailed me the link which started to work. I find this fantastic service as I could not leave the house due to having Covid . She what is a very patient and did not get annoyed or angry as I kept ringing back because of the issue I was having with the link. The doctors are really good. I cannot fault the receptionist they do a fantastic job. My appointments are always in the evening and when I come it’s all open so I don’t understand when people say the doors are shut and nobody answers the phone because on Monday around four times in the evening and four times it was answered straight away My query was dealt with while I was on the phone. I would definitely recommend this surgery to everyone because They nothing but caring Surgery they go out the way to help me and I’m very much grateful. Thank you to all the staff.
