What I liked

These comments relate to a dental operation.

I thought the process was professional, the staff were good and I even though I was last in the list I was not kept waiting long.

What could be improved

The consultant did not say who they were, and the anaesthetist said their name too fast. In general, I was a little 'processed'. I also didn't receive any post-operation information. I think that the system needs to be efficient, but also not to forgot that although it is the x hundredth time for them, it is the first time for the patient!
