(as a parent/guardian),

Today my son has been discharged from the Locola team in Batley. We've been attending here for quite a while and we're just reflecting on the amazing care and support that we have been receiving over the years. Dentists aren't something you associate with fun or a happy experience due to some of the procedures having to be done, but here they do everything to make things easy and stress free for the patients and parent. Ester and Amanda are so caring and professional and always passionate about what they are doing - that's how our experience has been always been. A big thankyou to you both and all the team for everything you have done for my son and supporting me as a  parent xx

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this feedback for our Dental Team - they will be delighted to hear such positive comments.

The team do everything they can to ensure people have a positive experience whilst in their care - not always easy for a dental service but they treat everyone as an individual and it's wonderful to hear that their passion and professionalism comes across so well.
