This practice is dire, it's gotten worse since it became part of this modality lark. It was gradually getting worse but now it is just beyond belief! I can't get to see anyone, I can't get through to make an appointment and then when I do get to speak to someone... on the phone and not face to face... some of the staff seem unable to even deal with things over the phone.
It has no warmth to it anymore, becoming a part of this new group was such a poor move. It's such a shame how much it has gone down hill.
