"Not so good"

I had to go to urgent treatment centre and they told me to wait 3 hours then the next thing I’m my 3 hrs is done and I have still not been called, I go and ask the receptionist and she is like “oh it’s up to 5 hours now so you have to wait another 2 hours” now with that I got really upset because we have to wait 5-6 hours and to only get checked for like 5-10 mins, then they don’t even give you anything proper they would either give you antibiotics or just medication which doesn’t work most of the time. I think they should be more quicker
