"Questionable"

Procedure and care in hospital was great, can’t fault however treatment after and once I had a diagnosis from the doctor at Highfield it took them 9 months for them to call me regarding the diagnosis. I had no idea what to do, no treatment plan absolutely nothing. I had to call to even chase for a phone appointment regarding the diagnosis and the admin staff was rude. 9 months later the call I had been waiting all this time for lasted 2 minutes where the doctor proceeded to tell me that I should have the medication prescribed to me ‘on the side, just in case’ and I was discharged and that was all that was said. I couldn’t speak to my doctors about what was next until I had this phone call either as I was not discharged. Disappointing to say I pay towards the NHS just like everybody else and after waiting a year for the hospital appointment alone, I was still made to wait nearly a year just for a 2 minute phone call.
