"Attentive care from the staff"

I was attending as an interpreter for a 90 yr old fracture patient sent from a care home. we were assigned dr oguz and our nurse was nora, in the fracture clinic.They had been told that she had fallen again the night before and they went above and beyond , ensuring extra x-rays were taken, organised an urgent CT scan, urgent recall appointments and porters. At all times they were reassuring her and keeping her up todate regarding her care. At the end, while they were arranging transport to return to the care home , they offered her tea, coffee and sandwiches, the nurse nova went above and beyond at every turn, and did so with all of her patients. She deserved a big recognition for the work and care she obviously provides on behalf of the hospital. Thank you for making an old lady comfortable.
