I attended The Downe Day Procedure Unit for an OGD this week, and my experience from start to finish was one of professionalism and kindness. From the admin staff on my arrival, to the nursing staff and everyone I came into contact with during my procedure, I was treated with dignity, was reassured throughout, and was shown nothing but kindness. I was put at ease and had complete confidence in the staff looking after me!
The tea and toast was the best ever too!!!!! Thank you!
