"Trying to contact you to cancel an appointment"

About: Ealing Talking Therapies

(as the patient),

I was feeling ok after talking to a doctor in Ealing. She showed me i was not alone and told me ways of coming to terms with my problems. Brilliant.

Then I started trying to contact you to cancel a follow-up appointment. Nearly drove me mad again! Round and round and round - endless sites telling me how brilliant you are - no site where I can actually cancel my appointment.

Phone? Don't say it! Of course you are 'experiencing a high volume of calls at the moment' - cannot get through.

Web site - useless! I even tried Making A Complaint but that just sent me to Google.

Please, please, just tell them at Ealing that I am okay and thank them for their help and concern.

Dear Shan

Sorry to read that you have been finding it difficult to get in touch with us to leave a message about your appointments with Ealing IAPT. Unfortunately we are not able to identify you from the details you have given to call you regarding your appointments. Please can you e-mail us on wlm-tr.dutydeskei@nhs.net so we can look into this for you.

Thank you, Ealing IAPT
