The 'rushing' of preassessment and Covid screening could have been more worrying but phonecalls and updates as promised eased this.

Welcome through to discharge from Stracathro Surgical Unit flowed as kept up to date. Told what was planned, it happened and kept informed for next stage. All staff put me at ease, all were competent and as much bustle as there was, all calm.
