About: Craigavon Area Hospital / General Medicine (2 south)

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I came to the hospital via an ambulance, it arrived within 20 minutes and when I got to the ED it was a bit busy I stayed down here for a few hours. Everything on the ward has been going well, the ward itself is spotless and I have lots of room and the staff have been very good to me. The food hasn’t been great, the menu doesn’t have the best selection and the foods hard to eat when you’re already feeling sick.

It is good to hear that an ambulance attended you promptly. I am sorry about your wait in ED. It is nice to hear that the was spotless and that the staff were nice towards you. I wish you the best on your ongoing hospital journey.
