(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I came to the hospital yesterday and came through the emergency department, there was no wait in ED and I was up on the ward in no time at all. Everything has been okay so far, I haven’t been up for long so I haven’t come across any issues or I don’t feel there could be any improvements so far. The only thing was, when I was going for an x-ray the ward seemed very cluttered as the porters found it very difficult to get the bed through .The food I have tried has been okay, I had some toast this morning and just had lunch there and it was fine. I haven’t been able to get a good look at the menu yet, but there seemed to be a lot on it.

I am glad that you had a quick journey through A&E was quick and that your waiting time was not long. I am glad that you have found the ward to be good. I am sorry that you feel like the ward was cluttered and it wasn't easy for you to get around. I will pass on your nice comments to staff. It is good to hear that you have been able to enjoy the food. All the best of your onwards hospital journey.
