"Potential Infection"

About: Sexual Health Services - North Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent (Open Clinic)

(as the patient),

I initially was worried but the nurses and doctors put me at ease, did not rush me and took their time to answer any questions I might have, helping to resolve the issue.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on the service you received. We do appreciate that our patients can sometimes be anxious so it is good to hear that you were put at ease and given the care you needed, without being rushed.
