(as a service user),

I felt a little like there wasn’t much chat today during my donation. Or explanation of what was happening.

I have donated several times before but normally get more chat . As your stuck on a bed for up to ten min a bit of chit chat can be welcome- sometiems I don’t like cht but maybe a ‘ would you like to chat or sit quietly!

I am so sorry that your experience at the Blood Donation Session you attended wasn't your usual experience.
