"Nurses are top tier"

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

My care has been absolutely brilliant so far and I honestly don’t think that I could complain about anything in the hospital so far as everything has been 100 percent. The nurses really are top tier and I don’t think that there could be better in charge of my care. All of them come in and work so hard despite being incredibly busy, they are incredible at what they do. The doctors have been great so far and I am able to understand most of what they say. The foods alright could be better but what can you do. There are no issues at all and I am happy enough in the hospital.
