Nightmare to get a hold of on the phone been 2 years with ear problems the general didn’t send my ct scan over which was done last July and it’s now august in April they finally decided I need surgery for a cholosteotma which that appointment was meant to be in feb but I turned up missed my university graduation for that appointment to get there and be told he has covid and can’t see me I just cried. Then been trying to phone booking team to get a update the woman who answered finally was just not thoughtful or considerate just rude then I cried cause I’m so frustrated my gp had been emailing my consultent since may no reply there either. Like it’s not a issue that has other options it needs surgery like I’ve not been treated well at all I feel defeated and in pain everyday and loss of hearing headaches and I go dizzy. Just want to get it sorted and to be communicated with.
