"Reassured and put at ease"

I contacted the sexual health clinic seeking advice for heavy bleeding. I was delighted to receive a quick date for a telephone consultation with Dr Murphy who talked me through all of my options and we decided upon the mirena coil. I felt informed and made the decision to book in for fitting. I attended the Randolph Wemyss clinic this evening which was ideal for work. Dr Murphy once again was reassuring throughout the consultation and herself and her colleague made me feel very at ease.
