"Excellent work"

I understand that GP practices are under a lot of pressure at the minute, given the last two years. I often see negative feedback on social media, about lack of appointments/waiting time to get through on the phone, etc. I have had to contact my surgery, Kilsyth Medical Partnership for a few various things and I can honestly say that each time I have never had a bad experience.

The receptionists are always very helpful, and the nurses and doctors are very pleasant. I have always had a call back within a very reasonable time-frame, whether it be a telephone consultation or to arrange a face-to-face appointment. I would also like to take this opportunity to give a special mention to Dr McSherry. I have now seen Dr McSherry twice and I can honestly say her care and professionalism is excellent. I felt like she listened to my complaints, put my mind at ease and was able to have a chat with me during my exam. Dr McSherry is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting and I hope that she is recognised for all of her excellent work!
