(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have been dealing with a variety of issues for a number of months now, and it all came to a head when I got this terrible stomach pain. I phoned my GP to see if there was anything he could do for me, but he advised that I phone 999 immediately. The ambulance staff who took me to the hospital were all lovely. They were very kind and genuine people. Since arriving in the hospital, everything has been 100%. The doctors and nurses are really kind and they do their best to get you what you want. Agnes, one of the nurses, has been especially kind and helpful. The food is also very good. All I can really say is that they are doing their very best for everyone and I appreciate it.
