(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

My care in the hospital has been very decent so far, apart from the food being a bit poor and at times is quite cold. The nurses have been very kind and the way that they work has been amazing. They are such hard workers and it seems like they never stop and do everything to make sure we patients are all okay. The doctors have been great. The way they communicate is so clear and concise and they have updated me very well. I am happy with my care.
