"Discharged and taken off all meds"

About: Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent Adult Mental Health / Inpatient mental health care

(as a service user),

I was in hospital,on section 3.. the hospital sent me to Cygnet hospital, the other end of the country, yet they tried to help me. They could see I was pyschotic, even St George's who sent me there knew I was . Yet when they had a meeting, the MPFT support worker who didn't come to meeting but by zoom, said this wasn't his remit,he didn't deal with pyschosis,he would have to pass it over to pyschosis pathway .

I was put on haloperidol and sent back to St George's hospital  who discharged me, saying it was behavioural. my flat was a mess,it had been used by unsavoury people, it was in a disgusting state.

As soon as they knew I was out, they were back round .I just wanted them to leave me alone.I overdosed and ended up in general hospital .The pyschiatric hospital had me back for a few days, they discharged me again, no help or support. On careplan it's put I have tablets and if I overdose that's my choice. When I did overdose, on haloperidol, and pain meds, ending up back in general hospital. Pysch hospital had me back in and took me off all my meds then sent me to the flat  with no support. I overdosed again on pain meds, I was  ill, scared off these druggies coming round taking my possessions, even my TV . I went to stay at family's house They couldn't cope, I was been weird, I wasn't right. I ended up back in hospital, they gave me dipheydramine.then kicked me out,I had no mobile,no house keys,no bankcard. They basically got the police to leave me on the street. I have had no help or support, after months of been on a section 3, sent to the other end of the country, then just sent back to the flat which was in a disgusting state  .
