"Interviewing at Rampton"

About: Rampton Hospital / Personality Disorder Pathway

(as the patient),

As patients sat on the team leader interviews this week which we both enjoyed. We did 3 very long days. We would like to say a big thankyou to Kath & Dale for all their support during these.

We would like to say a big thankyou to Helen, Clare, and Tich for coming to see us face to face for our feedback, this made us feel that our voice was heard and made us feel valued.

It is great that we ask value and recovery questions which we hope leads to staff who have the right attitude and subsequently great for our care they give

Thank you for taking the time to post this care opinion. Yes you both worked very hard over the three days, it wasn't easy. You both were professional at all times. Treated the candidates with respect as they did to you both. Myself and Dale are proud of you both for the hours that went into this process.

Well done, I think a long earned rest was needed after the end of the day last Tuesday.

Thanks again patients never let us down!

Kath.

This is great feedback.

I know from personal experience- the time and investment that is given into the patients voice being heard during the interview process is something that is at the forefront of how we interview staff of all disciplines.

Huge well done to Kath and the staff at the DRC.

Great job!!
