"ENT Lincoln hospital"

About: Lincoln County Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as a service user),

Received a letter for a video appointment about a month ago, got into the video call 'virtual waiting room' and was there waiting for 45 minutes with no response. No one tried to contact me as the letter stated in the event of not being able to have the video call. Phoned the hospital to re-book as I have been waiting over a year for an appointment. Letter was sent for a hospital appointment but the consultant was not on site. He phoned whilst I was in the waiting room asking if I had trouble entering the video call waiting room. He then phoned and spoke with reception. I was then waiting 1.25hrs after my supposed appointment time to be seen by someone different. I should have received a letter for a video appointment rather than a hospital appointment. Waisting an afternoon, fuel and I had to arrange childcare for my 4month old baby.
