"Prostate biopsy"

I arrived at the Urology department was met by the staff and showed to the waiting area. I first saw the anaesthetist, I later described him to my wife as brilliant and always there, the rest of the team were just as good very friendly and informative, checking regularly to see if I was ok. The procedure was relatively short and completely pain free. I was taken up to recovery the nursing staff up there were so nice and friendly, I was given toast and coffee, the staff were light and friendly with a light atmosphere so there was no feeling of stress, such wonderful ladies. Then I was taken to a ward where the care continued in the same way. Overall the care and attention I received was without a doubt of the very highest quality and there is not one moment I could complain about. Thank you for the care and attention you gave me.
