"My son being admitted to the childrens ward in craigavon"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Blossom Ward (Paediatrics) Craigavon Area Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a parent/guardian),

My child was brought to the hospital after having a seizure, he then had another one in the short stay unit. The nurse in charge of him (can’t remember her name) was fantastic, so thorough, couldnt have done any more for us and tried her best to make us feel at ease. The doctors were very good too.

When he was admitted the nurse in charge of him that night was called Gemma. She was absolutely fantastic again. We were covid positive and she still took the time to chat and make sure we were okay. Very friendly and attentive and made me feel at ease, even though the ward was very busy that night. I am sorry i never got the chance to thank her before she finished her shift.
